Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your LogMyPlate account and associated app data from inside the app or by contacting support.
What deletion removes
- Account profile and email login data, where an account exists
- Meal journal entries, food items, calorie estimates, macros, and timestamps
- Health targets, BMI estimate inputs, activity level, and goal settings
- Active sign-in records associated with your account
- Stored meal photos attached to saved meal logs
How to delete your data
In the app, open Profile or Settings and use the account deletion option when available. Confirming permanent deletion removes the associated app data from active systems.
If you cannot access the app, email support@logmyplate.com with the email address used for your LogMyPlate account. We may ask for enough information to verify ownership before deleting data.
What may be retained
We may retain limited technical logs, security records, fraud-prevention records, or legal compliance records for a limited period where required or permitted by law. These retained records are not used to rebuild your meal journal.
